Grani is a personal finance organization tool: expense tracking, cards, invoices, bills, budgets, goals and analyses, including artificial intelligence features.

Grani is not a financial institution, does not move money and does not provide investment advice. The app's analyses and suggestions are informational and do not replace professional advice.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information at sign-up.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

Some features require a paid subscription, processed by your device's app store. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in the store settings.

Prices may change; changes apply only to future periods, never retroactively. Refunds follow the policy of the store where the purchase was made.

You agree not to use Grani for illegal purposes, not to attempt to access other users' data, not to reverse engineer the app and not to overload or interfere with the service infrastructure.

The data you record in Grani is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can export your data as PDF or CSV and delete your account at any time.

The Grani brand, the app, its design and its code are owned by Grani. These terms transfer no rights over them to you.

Grani is provided "as is". We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absence of errors.

Financial decisions made based on the app's information are your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grani is not liable for losses arising from those decisions.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible.

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced through the app or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after they take effect means agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
